Full Moon Meditation – FINAL SUPER MOON 2025 December 4th Thursday
Ruffy – Tablelands community Centre
Details: This is the last supermoon of 3 we have experienced leading up to the end of the year. On December 4th Thursday we will have a special evening up the hills in Ruffy with some Yoga ( if you would like to join in ) Tai Chi ( my Sensei and I will be doing a demonstration of the 24 form). The meditation will start at 6 or so and run for about 45 -50 min, after we will have a BBQ and sweets to celebrate.
Please feel free to bring friends or family who may not be apart of Custom Yoga, as everyone is welcome to join in. May the weather be kind to us as we hope to run most of the evening outside.

This class will cater for all levels of Yoga and is normally Vinyasa in style. Running for 60 min we start with breath work and warm ups, then flow for about 45min and finish with guided meditation.
( I have been blessed with taking over this class from Ella who is no longer able to run the session. I am honored and grateful that she reached out to me, ensuring her yogis can continue the practice )
