Massage

Massage is something that I have been always naturally good at. From a young age I would reach out and offer to try and relieve pain from friends and family. My skill grew intuitively from there;

It was a way I could immediately help another relax. My hands seems to find knots without any trouble and fiends and family often pointed out my obvious potential. However massage was a gift I never intended to do for money. In 2018 I was starting to get serious about my Reiki and decided massage would be a lovely addition to offer professionally. So I found a course.

Massage can be a very personal and intimate experience and my approach is to check ones aura and overall radiance before I start. This allows me to assess any electromagnetic blockages and ones posture and direct the session to where the body needs the most.

I allow my higher self to guide me throughout the session’ making sure each persons experience is one of deep rejuvenation. The breath is vital to relaxation so often I will gently remind you to come back to a deep belly breath (aiding in the release and restoring process)
